Oh, it's real. I read a book one time where the author was claiming that the statistics he'd come across said that 1 out of every 100 girls could ejaculate. That's an arid 1%. He thought it was closer to 10%. I personally feel that it's much, much higher, though I've never conducted a personal, published study.
