Just like penises vary in size, so do vaginal canals. When a woman is unaroused, the average vaginal canal is three to four inches deep. When a woman becomes aroused her vaginal canal expands to about six inches on average. And, some women naturally have tighter vaginal canals due to more elastic vaginal walls. So, you may have a shorter than average vaginal canal or very elastic vaginal walls.

Another concern might be that there is lack of lubrication (either natural or artificial). Some women lubricate more than others and lubrication levels change at different stages of a women’s cycle. If you haven’t already done so, you should be using a generous amount of artificial lube during sex and with sex toy use.
