Do we need a toy to stimulate the g-spot?

Dear Sex Doc,

Do we need a toy to stimulate the g-spot?

G-spot Toy Help

Dear G-spot Toy Help,

You really don’t need to use toys, but there are many sex toys on the market designed specifically for g-spot stimulation that make stimulating this area much easier. You could use one or two fingers in a ‘come hither’ motion to stimulate the g-spot. However, the g-spot prefers firm pressure with mild vibration. And it’s easier to find a woman’s g-spot when she is already aroused. This is facilitated best by stimulating the clitoris with a vibrator.

There are many great g-spot toys available. A vibrator or dildo that has a curved tip at the end is designed specifically for g-spot stimulation. I would recommend a toy made of either 100% medical grade silicone or elastomer. Please check out the g-spot vibrator and dildo section in the store portion of this website.

Best regards,

Dr. Brian Parker
