ForeverPleasure.com is capable of displaying prices in several currencies; however, we show all of our prices in Canadian dollars. Taxes on Orders

We are required to collect GST (Goods & Services Tax) on all Canadian orders. Being Forever Pleasure is based in Alberta, where there is no PST (Provincial Sales Tax), we do not charge PST. If the buyer is not Canadian and receiving the product at a Canadian address, they will be required to pay GST.

Returns Policy
We hope that all of your Forever Pleasure purchases exceed your expectations. We have done everything possible to only carry the best and most reliable adult toys on the market. Due to the nature of the business, we cannot accept refunds. We will accept exchanges on defective items within 30 days of purchase. All exchanges require a written request via email. Please tell us the name of the product, the date the product was purchased, and what is wrong with it. Send the email to info@foreverpleasure.com. You will be notified on how to proceed. Many of the high-end products we carry have a manufacturer's warranty, which should be granted with your original Forever Pleasure receipt. Cancelled Orders
If an order has not entered our shipping process, an order can be cancelled without penalty. However, once a product is shipped it is considered used and cannot be cancelled. Because of this, please make sure you are ordering the product you want. We have done everything possible to help you choose the right toy. Discreet Packaging
Forever Pleasure has taken great measures to ensure your shopping experience is safe and discreet. The products are shipped in either an appropriately sized brown box, or standard issue Canada Post XpressPost or courier packages. The package will in no way reveal the nature of the products inside. You will now be asked some Delivery Information, including the address you wish to receive the product(s)and the method of shipping.We ship all products through Canada Post XpressPost or a major courier, which requires a written signature upon arrival.If you do not wish to be available to sign for the package on delivery, you can say so in the comments section. However, neither Forever Pleasure nor the shipping company will be held responsible if the package does not arrive.Click continue to move to the next page.

Step 3
