A little restriction goes a long way! The Thigh and Wrist Cuff Set is made of soft, strong Neoprene. The wrist cuffs secure with Velcro and attach to the thigh cuffs with eyehooks. The thigh cuffs have adjustable straps that go up to 30". The thigh cuffs can be coupled with Super Cuffs for even more restraint fun. Bound to please!
