What can I do to stop the pee feeling during g-spot stimulation?

Dear Sex Doc,

I think I’ve been close to a g-spot orgasm but I always feel like I have to pee so we stop. What can I do to stop the pee feeling?

Am I Gonna Pee?

Dear Am I Gonna Pee?,

You can’t stop the pee feeling when the g-spot is stimulated since the g-spot is located near the urethra and bladder. Just know that you shouldn’t pee. However, I always teach women interested in experiencing g-spot orgasms and female ejaculation to completely relax and not to be concerned if a little pee does come out. Generally a woman has to be very relaxed to ejaculate.

Studies have shown that the female ejaculation fluid contains 3% urea, which is obviously in urine. However, the fluid is almost identical to the fluid released by the prostate gland in male ejaculate.

Best regards,

Dr. Brian Parker
