Dear Sex Doc,
I don’t know if I’ve ever had a g-spot orgasm. How would I know?
G-spot Orgasm Help
Dear G-spot Orgasm Help,
There are many types of orgasms women can have including clitoral, vaginal, g-spot, uterine, and blended orgasms. Eighty percent of women orgasm clitorally, however, many can have the aforementioned orgasms including intense contractions originating from the Grafenburg spot.
A g-spot orgasm is facilitated best by stimulating the g-spot (which is generally located on the upper anterior right wall of the vaginal canal about 1.5 inches in) with firm pressure and mild vibration. A woman who experiences a g-spot orgasm will have an urge to push down as if she were delivering a child. She will also experience an urge to pee since the g-spot is located near the urethra and bladder. If she relaxes and works through these feelings intense contractions originate from this area and can lead to expulsion of fluid or what is better known as female ejaculation.
Best regards,
Dr. Brian Parker
